In 1948, Frank Wosley believed in the best traditional produce, sourced only from the Farms & Suppliers his grand father had bought from in the late 1800’s. To this day we still only source our beef & lamb from those same regions and specific suppliers, synonymous with the highest quality.

Our beef is dry-aged—an increasingly rare practice—to develop a tenderness and rich flavor lacking in most beef today. By choosing to use only pasture raised meats we hope to positively impact our community, our farmers & other suppliers.
